In this position, you will learn how to use our innovative platform and show our customers the value of our portal. You will be responsible for engaging the customers each time you connect with them. Your goal is to manage accounts effectively at scale by identifying and prioritizing the high growth, high potential customers. You will define outcomes to improve the health, performance, and business capabilities of the customer to drive their own customer value. Leading the hand-off from onboarding and identifying customer needs and potential challenges in an ongoing relationship.
